Located within the Columbus MSA, Northpointe Center showcases our latest redevelopment efforts with the addition of premier tenants such as ULTA Beauty, Academy Sports, and Bealls/HomeCentric, Carter’s, and Bath & Body Works. These tenants have been added under our ownership alongside established co-tenants including Kohl’s, Home Depot, PetSmart, Starbucks, and Aspen Dental. Our strategic enhancements have transformed Northpointe Center into a dynamic retail hub, attracting a diverse customer base and changing the face of Zanesville, Ohio.

Shoppes At Rivergate, Nashville, TN

The Shoppes At Rivergate was acquired from one of the largest special servicers in the country in a rapid two-week closing period. It is located in the fastest growing city in the nation, Nashville, TN and is on one of the busiest corridors in the area, Gallatin Pike. Current tenants include a powerhouse lineup with Sprouts, Starbucks, Gabe’s, Ashley Furniture, Dollar General, and more.

Steeplechase Center, Houston, TX

This center, strategically located at the corner of Jones Rd. and FM-1960 in Houston, TX, benefits from exceptional visibility with nearly 120,000 vehicles per day. Under our ownership we have added prominent national co-tenants including Burlington, Ross, and QuikTrip, enhancing its appeal to a diverse consumer base. The Crossings at Mishawaka, Mishawaka, IN

The Crossings at Mishawaka, IN, is a 245,000 SF regional shopping center located in the state’s second-largest retail corridor. Anchored by the largest Dunham’s Sports in the country, alongside Value City Furniture, The Great Escape, Buyer’s Market, and Guitar Center, the center benefits from exceptional tenant performance and high traffic counts exceeding 44,000 cars per day. Positioned just minutes from the University of Notre Dame, The Crossings serves as a dominant shopping destination for the South Bend MSA, drawing from a retail population base of nearly 250,000

Columbus Center, Columbus, MS

Columbus Center, located in Columbus, MS, was acquired as a stabilized retail asset anchored by Michaels and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Positioned along the city’s primary retail corridor, the property benefits from strong national tenancy, consistent traffic, and a wide regional draw. This acquisition reflects our strategy of targeting well-located centers with durable anchors and long-term value in growing markets.

Michigan Road Shoppes, Indianapolis IN

Michigan Road Shoppes, located in a high-traffic retail corridor in Indianapolis, IN, was strategically repositioned to strengthen its tenant mix and long-term value. We secured a prominent regional furniture chain to anchor the property and executed extensions with existing national tenants, reinforcing stability and driving continued customer traffic. The center now offers a balanced lineup of regional and national retailers, serving as a key shopping destination for the surrounding community.

West Towne Plaza, Sparta TN

West Towne Plaza was acquired as an underperforming center in Sparta, TN and repositioned into a thriving retail destination. We backfilled vacancies with a strong mix of national and regional tenants, including Bealls, Five Below, and Shoe Sensation, alongside a curated lineup of local businesses. Located on the city’s main retail corridor, the center now serves as a hub for both daily needs and value-oriented shopping, drawing consistent traffic from Sparta and the surrounding White County trade area.

Linton Plaza, Linton IN

The Linton Plaza was acquired with a vacant Gordman’s, which we swiftly repositioned by securing Ollie’s Bargain Outlet as the anchor tenant. To further maximize the property’s value and visibility, we developed a new Scooter’s Coffee on a prime outparcel along State Road 54. Located in the heart of Linton’s main retail corridor, the center benefits from strong traffic counts, excellent visibility, and a complementary tenant mix that draws consistent local and regional shoppers.

The Pavilions at Hartman Heritage, Independence MO

The Pavilions at Hartman Heritage, located in Independence, MO, is in the midst of a targeted lease-up strategy to maximize occupancy and long-term value. We recently added Dollar Tree to the tenant lineup and are in final negotiations with a major national retailer to anchor a key vacancy. In parallel, we’ve secured government incentive approvals to support future site improvements, positioning the center for sustained growth and increased market draw.

Marketplace Center, Fairview Heights, IL

Marketplace Center, located in the prime retail corridor of Fairview Heights, IL, is undergoing a strategic repositioning to restore stability and long-term value. We’ve added Home Outlet as a key anchor tenant and are actively securing additional national retailers to fill remaining vacancies. With its high-visibility location and strong surrounding tenant mix, Marketplace Center is poised to reestablish itself as a dominant shopping destination in the Metro East trade area.

Diamond Mountain Shopping Center, Vernal, UT

Diamond Mountain Shopping Center in Vernal, UT, offers an outstanding redevelopment project, strengthened by new long-term leases with high-credit tenants like Five Below and Uptown Cheapskate. Anchored by these national brands, along with Famous Footwear and Maurices, the center ensures a stable and reliable revenue stream. Located along US Hwy 191 with visibility to over 25,000 vehicles per day, and within a market boasting a population of over 27,000 residents within a 5-mile radius, the property enjoys excellent traffic counts and accessibility.

Bemis Square, Jackson, TN

This powerhouse center is 100% occupied by strong national tenants, and included an outparcel development in the sale. The buyer was in a 1031 exchange and realized a high cap on a stable asset, as we were able to secure extensions with a majority of the nationals.

Winchester Court, Memphis, TN

Winchester Court is a 260,000 square foot center in the heart of Memphis, TN that was acquired with 40% vacancy. The center consists of an international grocery store operator, along with three outparcels, inclusive of a CVS with 17 years remaining. Massive lease-up work was done here, leading to 92% occupancy in less than 6 months.

New Market Madison, Madison, NC

New Market Madison was acquired with 40% occupancy and was leased to 96% occupied with two small shop spaces available. A former K-Mart box was demised for Half Price Bargains (a regional chain with 30+ stores) and Roses (a national chain with over 100 years of operating history and 200 stores). The remaining spaces were backfilled with a regional home health care aid business and Dollar Tree.

Northland Mall, Sterling, IL

Northland Mall in Sterling, IL was acquired at roughly 30% occupancy and was leased to 100%, with the largest new tenant being Hobby Lobby. LOI’s were obtained for TJMaxx, Ross, Ollie’s, and Big Lots to provide a long-term re-development of a larger box.

Lawndale Square, Evansville, IN

As part of this development, Home Outlet opened its first store in the entire state of Indiana. This strip center was acquired with a vacant box, which was backfilled by Home Outlet, a national chain with over 100 years in operation.

Lawndale Commons, Evansville, IN

Lawndale Commons is a large regional shopping center in Evansville IN that was acquired with 65% occupancy. In less than one year, the center was taken to 100% occupancy through leases with national anchors leading the way, as well as regional chains.

Sunset Plaza, Norfolk, NE

Sunset Plaza was acquired from Wells Fargo. Upon acquisition all tenants that pay over $100,000 annually had leases successfully extended. Six national tenant LOI’s were obtained, inclusive of Kohl’s, Ulta, TJMaxx, Five Below, Dunham’s Sports, and Planet Fitness.
